ダニエル・ジョンストンが亡くなって、彼の歌を久しぶりに聞きました。
彼を知ったのは、ふちがみとふなと、という２人組バンドの歌う人を聞いたのがきっかけで、
後々それがDaniel JonstonのThe story of an artistのカヴァーだと知ったのです。
ビートルズが大好きだった彼は、カート・コバーンやヨ・ラ・テンゴ、
トム・ウェイツなどにも影響を与えています。
あまり熱心なファンではなかったけど、彼の音楽がとても懐かしい。
